There's been some cutting back on the southwest facing embankment between Westgate and Ings Road. The eight-year old stumps of a coppiced sycamore have been treated to prevent regrowth.

Hollow Sycamore

In Thornes Park this hollow sycamore, one of a row of trees alongside Lawfield Lane, has also been felled.
