 As
a break from packing and printing booklets, we're off to Birstall
this morning, hence the granola bar at Starbuck's.
My favourite trainers are beginning to fray after 3 years or so
and, on the off chance, I wander into Sports World,
and there on the first display I come to, are the perfect light
walking shoes - you'd almost grade them into the tougher
end of trainers - Karrimor ksbs (left),
in my size - an English 13 - in the colours I'd like (i.e.
not brilliant white and day-glow orange) and marked down to nearly
a third of the original price. I don't often find bargains like
that with my big feet.
