apples

Three apples from next door's tree; so many of them were bruised, cracked or nibbled (by squirrels?). These three, along with one orange, made our breakfast fruit juice the next day.

I get so used to supermarket apples which have a coating of wax on them to preserve them that these rosy apples seemed strange with a surface that you'd almost describe as matt. Next Page
