THIS LITTLE sketch of snow melting on a roof opposite the fish & chip restaurant
is the first I’ve done for several weeks. I’ve done plenty of illustrations during
that time but it felt as if I was on holiday to start a sketch with no other purpose
The snow has been lying for a week now; a contrast to most years when it lasts for
only a couple of days or so.
Barbara dug up some leeks in the snow yesterday but other than that there’s nothing
